Diane Montagna said at the Catholic Identity Conference in Pittsburgh on October 3 that Leo XIV has shown he can overturn decisions made by Pope Francis — but so far largely on administrative and financial matters. What about things that matter “much, much more”? “Does Pope Leo have the light, the will, and the courage” to reverse the “draconian restrictions” on the liturgy imposed through Traditionis Custodes and the “ongoing revolution” of the Synod on Synodality, Montagna asked. “Or does he feel beholden to those who elected him or to those who surround him?” While Leo repeatedly speaks of unity, Montagna asked “what he wants unity with.” “Does he want uniformity with the ideologies of the past pontificate, or will he allow us to return to the idea of reform in conformity with tradition?”
Leo XIV only reversed Francis' course on financial or administrative matters, not on matters much more important, such as liturgy or faith,' said Diane Montagna at the CIC.
For Bishop Schneider, any acceptance of the Second Vatican Council as a whole is a compromises the integrity of the Faith : “These are two key points that the FSSPX cannot accept, because they would compromise the integrity of the faith.”
Humanly speaking, Bishop Schneider doesn't see Leo XIV reversing Francis' course. The celebration of the Pontifical Mass at the end of October in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore - instead of St. Peter’s Basilica - can be described as a “consolation prize,” Bishop Athanasius Schneider told Gloria.tv (video below). It is “sad,” he said, that these Catholics are not allowed to celebrate Mass in St. Peter’s. At the same time, Santa Maria Maggiore is the most important Marian church in Christendom. Both Pius V - who codified the traditional Mass for all time - and Francis - who restricted it - are buried there. Bishop Schneider intends to pray with the faithful for liturgical peace and for the traditional Mass to be celebrated again without restrictions. Asked whether Leo XIV might reverse Francis’ course, Schneider replied: “Humanly speaking, I don’t think so. But there is still God.” The pilgrimage will pray for Leo XIV, asking God to grant him many graces. Schneider calls the suppression …More
@maria divine mercy And everyone else who believes in this fake seer, should read this well.
It's amazing Catholics are still following this fraud. Maria Divine Mercy was exposed in 2015 as Irish businesswoman Mary Carberry, who made millions of dollars in profits on her so-called visions of Jesus and Mary.
“In those years,” says satan, “I will make many revelations. (I.e.,False revelations through apparitions that are actually demonic.) It will be impossible to expose my language. I will imitate all too well the words of Christ and His revelations. By loading these souls, I want a lot of pious priests to be lost, to mislead them deeply into all these things. I also want to lose many souls (the same way) who are not priests. (Other religious and the laity.) If I can not lose these souls, I will (make them) lose their reputation at least, I will make them charges of heavy slander, I will make them denounce up to the point of counsels of human laws.” A possible interpretation of this text: in the years when satan creates great confusion in the Church, he will cause many false apparitions to occur to mislead even the zealous and faithful with high sounding mysteries. It will be difficult to tell the difference between a false message from the true ones as satan will mimic how Our Lord and …More
many of her prophecies came to fruition And many have not. 1. They take our very own prophecies and use them against us. Most of the time with a twist of their own beliefs. 2. It is said, most do it for money, fame and attention. 3. Some "maybe" mentally ill. This is what Priests have said and come to the conclusion. Which I already knew and saw many years before any Priest started to warn us against them. If I can see those things, I wonder all the time why others haven't. It doesn't seem good in the end that they easily fall for such lies from such people. You will do what you want. Whether it is to keep going off on our Religious, or following these fake seers. There is nothing I can do for such stubbornness and pride in a person. Not just you but for all who refuse to listen, read and learn. We have a lot of bad religious. Both men and women. I would think by now, most know this. Even those in the protestant no mess have woken up. GOD and ONLY GOD can help them. But mainly through …More
The Dissenter @disntr UCC "pastor" Rev. Nathan Dannison gives long-winded explanation of why he can call his god a "queer god." He then explains why there is ackshuuually "no biblical definition of marriage" and the language of "one man and one woman" was added in 2003 to benefit "people in power."
Some folks are so narcissistic that everything they look at and perceive is interpreted a reflection of themselves. "Eat of the fruit, and you will be like gods..."
Reluctant Saint - Francis of Assisi. Andi on Jul 29, 2015 Saint Francis, the son of a merchant of Assisi, was born in the year 1182 in a poor stable, his birth already prophesying the Saint who would preach poverty to a world seduced by luxury. Though chosen by God to be for the world a living manifestation of Christ's poor and suffering life on earth, in his youth he was generous, always of equal humor, and much appreciated by his friends; he was fond of splendors, fine clothing, and good company, and easily won the affection of all who knew him. More than once various holy persons foretold for him a future of glory, but in veiled terms. Francis did not understand these predictions, and supposed he would become the leader of a large militia. The military life he had adopted ended when Jesus told him he was destined to fight another kind of combat, one against the demon and sin; that the grandeurs predicted were spiritual, not temporal — and to return home. He became inspired with a …More

Leo XIV calls for the Church to be an ‘open house’ with no ‘judging’
Leo XIV wants the Church to be an "open house" where "everyone has a place". Today, Pope Leo XIV published his video message for October. The prayer intention, using the usual buzzwords, is about mental health ministry, calling on the Church to listen without judging and support those who are suffering. The key phrase is: "May your Church be an open house, a safe space where everyone has a place — a community that accompanies and never excludes; that listens without judging; and that draws near without fear." #newsKcoeptmmtq
Gambetti Steps Down as Archpriest of St. Peter's Basilica After Five Years and Several Controversies
Confirmed: Pope Leo XIV has appointed Cardinal Mauro Gambetti, 60, as Metropolitan Archbishop of Chieti-Vasto. The move brings Gambetti’s tenure as Archpriest of St Peter’s Basilica, Vicar General for Vatican City and President of the Fabric of St Peter to an end. His successor at the Vatican has not yet been announced. Cardinal Gambetti's years in the Vatican were marked by repeated controversies, many of which were brought to public attention primarily by SilereNonPossum.com. The investigation was based on documents, photographs, videos and testimony. Among other issues, SilereNonPossum reported favouritism in personnel appointments - including the hiring of people personally connected to Gambetti. Other scandals included controversial expenditure, costly events and projects, and concerns over the maintenance and management of the Basilica. Cardinal Gambetti succeeds Archbishop Bruno Forte, whose resignation Pope Leo XIV has accepted. The transfer comes after months of rumours that …More
Argentine bishop, a Synod Father, punished after canonical judicial process over allegations of abuse. Auxiliary Bishop Ricardo Seirutti, 70, of Córdoba, Argentina, has been punished by the Church following a canonical judicial process concerning complaints from two adults over conduct officially described as “improper to his episcopal ministry.” Monsignor Seirutti also served as vicar general of the Archdiocese of Córdoba. Pope Francis appointed him auxiliary bishop in 2015. In 2018, he participated as a voting Synod Father in the Synod of Bishops on Young People. He represented the Argentine episcopate. According to the Archdiocese of Córdoba, complaints from two adults led the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith to order a canonical judicial process before the Interdiocesan Tribunal of Buenos Aires. The proceedings concluded in recent weeks with sanctions against Bishop Seirutti. He has been deprived of his offices as auxiliary bishop and vicar general. For five years, he is …More
