Madrid Synod Proposes "Temporary Priesthood" and "Female Clergy"

The Archdiocese of Madrid promotes the so-called Convivium process, an official diocesan consultation involving clergy, parishes, religious communities and lay groups in Madrid, Spain.

According to InfoVaticana.com, the process was developed through consultation phases in 2024 and 2025, and is comparable with the German Synod. The Archdiocese of Madrid is currently led by the pro-homosexual Cardinal José Cobo.

Preparations have begun for the first Convivium-named Presbyteral Assembly, which is scheduled to take place in Madrid on 9–10 February 2026.

The archdiocese has recently distributed official working documents synthesising over 800 pages of submissions from parish pastoral councils, clergy, consecrated life and other ecclesial groups.

The archdiocesan synthesis includes a subsection labelled 'Peculiar Proposals'. This subsection cites contributions from groups who advocate optional priestly celibacy and propose a non-lifelong or 'temporary' priesthood. They also refer to 'future women priests'. The relevant quotes from two different groups read:

"We believe that the imposition of celibacy on priests (and on future women priests) is an unjust and anti-evangelical law that produces victims and contributes to a dominant clericalism that creates inequality in the community."

"We believe that freely chosen celibacy can help priest to be closer to social realities.' We propose the possibility of a temporary priesthood, not for a lifetime. Both lay people and religious pass through different stages of life."

These proposals are presented as part of the collected contributions and are not marked as heretical in the archdiocesan synthesis.

Another shrimpy, pencil necked, European gay, who happens to be a priest, pontificating on what the Church needs. Shut up. Go to Barcelona and live with your boyfriend. People like you kept me out of the priesthood, and I will forever resent you and spit you out of my mouth. YOU pencil necked losers destroyed my faith!

Sorry to be nasty, but that’s the fact. His concubine is probably a Senegalese named Amadougou or some crap.

Ewwww, tell the Pope it's too hard to be faggot and a priest. Priest have to work so many hours each day, without meaningful compensation. Why we're all burnt out.
Pleeeeeeeease tell the Pope we regret becoming a priest.
Fags and priests don't mix.
Fags and priests don't mix.
Fags and priests don't mix.

Apostates still going full steam ahead.

Saint John 7:18
“He who speaks on his own authority seeks his own glory, but he who seeks the glory of the One who sent him is true, and there is no unrighteousness in him.” Saint Matthew 15:13 “Every plant that my heavenly Father did not plant will be uprooted.”

It seems high time for Cdl. José Cobo Cano to take a temporary sabbatical.

LEO MUST EMBRACE THE SYNOD

Bergoglio cancer spreads like wildfire

SonoftheChurch

Sadly, the deadly cancer had metastasized throughout the Body long before Francis was even a Priest.

How far gone is our Clergy? How quiet people must be about these vipers? Can anyone make any sense on why nobody, and when I mean NOBODY, im talking about our bishops say enough is enough! Our Church has been invaded and priests dont touch the issues in fear on losing their jobs... it sucks!

You are a priest FOREVER, NOT for a day or a year or so. And ONLY males can be ordained to the deaconate and the priesthood. This will NEVER change.

The Chicago faggots and Cardinal Roche need to embrace this Synod and enact it promptly.
it will allow the priests to be treated as employees, that can be "layed-off" during difficult economic times. Further more, this separation would ease the retirement burden on the Vatican. Make it a 20 year term then kick them out of the pasture.
How about getting them Unionized , so they can go out on strike for fair wages, and don't forget the MOU on overtime.
Loss of Indelible Character: Current doctrine holds that ordination confers a permanent spiritual mark on the soul that cannot be repeated or removed. Making it temporary would shift the priesthood from a "sacramental" state to a "functional" job, similar to a lay ministry.
Validity of Sacraments: If the priesthood were not permanent, questions might arise regarding the validity of sacraments performed by a "retired" or "former" priest in emergencies (e.g., last rites), which current law allows because they never truly lose their priestly character
Shift in Christology: A priest is traditionally seen as an alter Christus ("another Christ") who participates in the eternal priesthood of Jesus. A temporary role could undermine the concept of the priest as a permanent mediator between God and man
Making the Catholic priesthood a temporary occupation would require a fundamental transformation of Catholic theology, canon law, and institutional structure. As of 2026, the Church maintains that the priesthood is an "indelible" and permanent state.
Now you know why they call these characters FAGGOTS
