Examine Your Heart: Where Do You Resist?
The suffering of the Lord and the martyrs challenge the notion that God would never allow suffering. We must conform ourselves to God’s will, even when it contradicts our own desires, as exemplified by Jesus’ prayer in the garden. By examining our own betrayals and rebellions against God’s teachings, we can find grace and strength to embrace our crosses and follow Him.
