This coupled with Pope Francis homily just seems to make things look even more dire... We have to watch what is said and done at large events. Many of the higher ups in the Church Hierarchy seem to use those time to demonstrate position that counter church teachings, and then when the speak to the faithful, for example last Sundays Homily by Pope Francis, they speak more traditionally. I am thinking that it is just to try and draw people into the Church, who would just reject it, and gain more respect, but when they do this it only degrads the integrity of the Church on its fundamental teachings...

The problem with your false agrument is that Christ’s Divinity told him that Judas would betray him in the future. But Judas did not already betray or do the sin and it was not public knowledge or scandal at the Last Supper. So Christ DID NOT do the same as Francis did—shame on you for thinking so.

If Jesus was not Christ he would not know Judas intent before it was done. So this is not the same. Pelosi and Biden are public sinners with long history of teaching and acting heretical. This was not the case for Christ with Judas.

What is the hierarchy doing---you only hear the laity speaking out about it!

What is Francis doing with Cardinal Wuerl and all those giving communion to heretics---the same as JPII and B16 did---nothing--but promote these men.

Well, this comes as no surprise. Everything must be played out in a political fashion, all the while, daring the pope or any priest to refuse these heretics would bring scandal onto the papacy and the church, not vice-versa! When...when...are we going to see some backbone used with these disgusting hypocrites who get away with mocking the faith ? Can there be any wonder why Catholics continue leaving the church?

It is, although I’ll be willing to give it a little time. There’s a good chance the Pope didn’t know who these clowns were, or what their positions were, or he might be waiting until he’s settled to announce them excommunicated.

Exactly as I predicted.
Basically the rule is anybody can receive Communion under pretty much any circumstances. You can read canon law all day long, but when the rubber meats the road, pro-aborts are welcome in the Church.
