Santa Catalina Labouré, el visionario de la Medalla Milagrosa:
Cincuenta y seis años después de su muerte, el cuerpo de Catalina se encontró totalmente incorrupto, y es como se presenta hoy en la capilla de las Hermanas de la Caridad en la Rue du Bac, en París.
De pronto vi los anillos en los dedos, piedras brillantes inserción, algunos más grandes y más bellas que las demás, que entró rayos que fueron, así, unos más bellos que otros. " Nuestra Señora le explicó que los rayos como símbolo de las gracias que derramó sobre las personas que solicitaron.
Formó un marco alrededor de la Santísima Virgen, un óvalo en la parte superior de los cuales fueron escritos con letras de oro estas palabras: "Oh María, sin pecado concebida, rogad por nosotros que recurrimos a ti!"

John Paul II's Pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
On the 2,000th anniversary of the birth of Jesus and during the Jubilee, John Paul II went to the Holy Land in March, 2000. He traveled to the most important places in the life of Jesus, a journey to the roots of Christianity.
This pilgrimage was the occasion for a meeting with representatives from other religions and his trip to the Wailing Wall where he left a note asking for God's forgiveness for all of mankind's faults.
