From Head Knowledge To Holy Living
The Gospel reading highlights the difference between intellectually accepting the truth of Jesus as the Son of God and living that truth. While Peter professed his faith, he struggled to understand the practical implications of Jesus’s mission, including suffering and death. This journey of faith requires purification through suffering, allowing us to truly live as members of Christ, embracing both His passion and resurrection.
