At least 20 Christians were killed in an overnight attack on the village of Kawel in Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State, central Nigeria, police said Monday. Catholic priest Robert Emeršič, 51, died on June 14 after suffering a severe allergic reaction to a wasp sting while celebrating the Eucharist in Planica, Slovenia.
