Escaping persecution in Germany to seek asylum in Russia

In this interview, Olga Petersen, a former AfD member of the Hamburg Parliament, recounts her escape from Germany to Russia. The focus is on how a democratically elected representative was forced by political pressure, media smear campaigns, and the manipulation of state institutions such as the youth welfare office to flee her homeland with her four children and a dog.
The interview with Olga Petersen covers: – The clandestine escape: Why Olga Petersen left Germany under the pretext of a vacation and how she only revealed the truth to her children upon arrival in Russia. – Political pressure in parliament: The consequences of her refusal to give a Ukrainian delegation a standing ovation and how a "damaged image" in the media triggered a wave of reprisals. – Election observation in Moscow: Her experiences during the 2024 presidential election and why her fact-based reporting was considered high treason against the German government's narrative in Germany. – Collective punishment and …More

Leo XIV’s Prayer Intention Is … for the Care of Water: In September 2026, Leo XIV invites Catholics around the world to pray for the care of water. In his monthly prayer intention, he reminds Christians that access to clean water should be a right. “We beg forgiveness that it has been turned into a commodity, forgetting that it is a universal gift, a right without borders.” He encourages Christians to reject waste and pollution and to use natural resources responsibly. Caring for water, he says, is both an expression of love for creation and an act of solidarity with the poor.

The Pope’s Prayer intention for the month of September is to pray for care of water: “Lord of Life, you have given us the gift of water, source of fruitfulness, freshness, and hope. It quenches thirst, nourishes the earth, and heals wounds. We thank you because it is also a symbol of your grace and love that renews us through baptism. Today, we ask you to teach us to safeguard it with gratitude, justice, and responsibility. Forgive us for turning it into a commodity, forgetting that it is a universal gift, a right without borders, meant for all your children. We see with pain, so many brothers and sisters, who lack clean water, who walk for miles to find it, who become ill due to its scarcity. May your Spirit make us pilgrims of the essential, able to live with simplicity, denouncing waste and pollution, defending the right of every brother and sister to drink without fear and without inequality. May our care for water, be a sign of love for the Creator, and a commitment to the lives of …More

🌈 Cardinal: Traditional Mass Must Yield to Church Unity

“I do deeply sympathise with people whose love of the Tridentine Mass has led them into tension with the hierarchy,” pro-homosexual Cardinal Timothy Radcliffe claimed talking to AdVaticanum.com on August 31.
He called some of them his friends and "hates to see them pained."
However: “But it is good always to remember that the Eucharist is the sacrament of our unity in Christ.”
Cardinal Radcliffe believes that “the sacrament can never become a sign of disunity” with the Church.
His conclusion: “However painful it might be, if the Church declares that a rite is not to be used, however much one might love it, it cannot be good to let its celebration be a source of division.”
Cardinal Radcliffe recommends celebrating the Novus Ordo in Latin “with great dignity and solemnity.”

Engineering Failure the Nepal-Tibet Floods
A "Six Sigma" event just scoured the Himalayas, leaving a trail of destruction that defies modern engineering. As the waters recede, a disturbing reality is emerging, while rescue teams search hydroelectric tunnels for survivors, the Chinese military is already fast-tracking the reconstruction of border stations on the exact same "kill zone" plateaus that were just wiped clean. The scale of this disaster is a wake-up call for the entire planet.

Spanish Bishop Threatens Resignation Over Virgin’s Place at Opus Dei Sanctuary

Bishop Ángel Javier Pérez Pueyo of Barbastro-Monzón, Spain, has said he would offer his resignation rather than sign a settlement under which the statue of Our Lady of the Angels of Torreciudad remains permanently at the Opus Dei sanctuary.
The bishop drew his red line in a public letter on 31 August, ahead of the image’s return to its ancient hermitage on 5 September for the 47th Pilgrimage of the Virgins of Ribagorza and Sobrarbe.
That return is temporary. It has been authorized by Archbishop Alejandro Arellano Cedillo, the pontifical commissioner for Torreciudad.
After the pilgrimage, the image is due to return to the sanctuary.
Bishop Pérez Pueyo’s threat concerns the final settlement: he refuses to accept an arrangement under which the statue remains there permanently and returns to the hermitage only on special occasions.
He would "never sign such an unlikely act of plundering your dignity," he wrote, adding he would instead offer his resignation.
The dispute has effectively been …More

And then, for those in Madrid, there is Cobo. When Leo arrived at the papal throne, he privately lamented that “this one knows everything about me.” Yet it seems it has not mattered, and the man from Sabiote is stronger than ever and has surrendered the Valley of the Fallen along the way.

The pontificate of we'll see

Pope Leo XIV has been in office for more than fifteen months, and it is already possible to describe his method of governance with notarial precision: it consists in not governing conflicts. He governs everything else. He appoints substitutes, tweaks regulations, convenes consistories of timed listening, corrects the Vicariate of Rome after the required study group. But the burning files remain exactly where Francis left them, with that «donec aliter provideatur» of May 9, 2025 turned into the unofficial motto of the pontificate. What then seemed like transitional prudence is today a system: the bet that problems will expire before he has to solve them. In the United States there is a figure for this: the pocket veto. The president who does not want to sign a law or pay the political price of vetoing it keeps it in his pocket and lets the end of the legislative session kill it for him. Prevost, born in Chicago, knows the figure. His pontificate is elevating it to canonical status. Let …

San Giosuè Patriarca - Festa: 1 settembre
XII sec. a.C.
