Reading this statement carefully (page 1) it seems more like a family set-up: Fr John Foster; his biological sister Mary (an ex-religious); his cousin William; his nephew Joseph and only one non-family member. And note: the apostolate has not grown and members have not increased. A sure sign of God's displeasure.
