I will be very honest and blunt. I had misgivings about Francis the Bishop of Rome ever since his election when I found out he was a South American Jesuit. It was like the same feeling I had when Obama was elected. He just appeared too good to be true. I kept seeing the way he treated traditional Catholics than his strange interpretation of the Bible .Then the prelates he kept surrounding himself with. How he made the cover of every publication. The interviews. Now this. I can no better understand why people mostly dissidents and liberals were so jubilant at his election. They must have known that this man was going to follow the wishes of Cardinal Martini who was a fellow Jesuit with similar radical views. It has to be a Jesuit Plot. He is NOT a loyal son of the Church and his so called HUMILITY is false. It is not Benedict's fault. Some better man should have been picked like Marc Oulette, who had then most votes but he told the Cardinals to vote for the man who came in second to Benedict in 2005. Burke should have been elected and taken the name Leo IV. Even the name Pope Francis does not sound right to me.

Although I not happy at what the Pope has done since his election I agree with Donna that we all need to very careful in our constructive critiques not to descend to name calling and insults. This has happened on another well known blog site and the comment box is now off. We are all in need of changing our lives and Jesus told us not to judge others lest we be Judged. He also said that every idle word we say will be used against us. Everything we may hear may not be true or taken out of Context but ignoring Gospel warnings against love of others even if we don't agree with them is what makes us different from non believers. The Church and the Pope need our prayers not condemnations and name calling judgments. This site is for Integral Catholics but remember this group were condemned by Pius XI in the 1920's. We are all poor sinners,

Ted Cruz was wrong to leave the stage because Is real has been commuting war crimes and broken international law since 1948 and he should already know that.

I agree with Bill Donohue decision not to march in the Parade next year, but I also agree with Breitbart that the Cardinal could have just celebrated Mass in St Patrick's and just leave it at that. Donohue sometimes tends to blow hot and cold according to other well known EWTN stars,

Maybe some good will come out of the meeting with the SSPX since Benedict had no luck. I think it is at least a hopeful sign. As far as the Belgium Bishop he is also another old Hippie era Baby Boomer, so of course he did not like Paul VI and JPII Benedict was not mentioned but he probably disliked him too. However there is a good younger Faithful Bishop Andrew Leonard who was attacked by FEMEN a couple of years ago yet he kept his composure and prayed. See the difference between the two.

This is the first I heard about any threat by ISIS to the Pope. CMTV had their Catholic News Roundup yesterday and said nothing about it there. I just heard that is morning, You can't believe everything you hear. I learned that three years ago

Calling Francis the Enemy King is just plain stupid to these Protestants. They resent the Pope and how popular he is and think of him as an foe when he really gets along good with most Non Catholics. Call in him a King is dumb since the Pope is no King but the Vicar of Christ on Earth. They think he is poaching for converts like Anglicans did with Benedict and his decision to allow Anglicans to form the Ordinariate in 2009. In a sense they are right. The Pope is the King of all Christianity.

Poor Father Lombardi he has to clarify that the Pope may not have said these things to the same anti Catholic man, but guess what the first interview is back up on the Vatican Web site. We should have just left the whole country alone. We invaded them twice already remember OPERAIION DESERT STORM in 1991.

June is the Month of the Sacred Heart and yet I hear nothing about it except on the actual Feast day but what about the act of consecration and reparation and other prayers to the Divine Heart They do mention the first Saturday Devotion. St John XXIII was very devoted to this Devotion.

Why are the American Bishops so reluctant to excommunicate Nancy like Pope Francis recently did with the Mafia. It seems to say that its more important to tolerate the dissidents rather than faithful Orthodox Traditional Catholics. It smacked of hypocrisy.

The comments the Pope made have been taken out of context as was his remarks in the recent Jesuit interview. Cardinal Cipriani: "Müller is a Bit Naive"

The cardinal is correct. He is naïve as is the Pope is IMHO everyone should be aware by now that you can't mix Marxism and Christianity together. It may have its good points but it as a theology is fundamentally flawed.

Francis urges priests to welcome couples living together

Sanctity is greater than scandal. So I guess that means that there are no scandals like sex abuse of minors. This what Michael Voris calls the Church of Nice where everything is just wonderful. I still love and miss him even after six months and probably up to when he passes away. I like and respect Francis but I do not love him.

Holy communion reception kneeling and on the tongue

Besides being less respectful and reverent CIH is also a heresy that was condemned by the SPANISH BISHOPS in two separate council. One was in Toledo. It was called Priscilla. It was that we can actually grasp and take God in our own hands and contain Him. Pope Paul did NOT approve of it but the bishops in Europe did it anyway so the Pope dispensed it. He would allow standing but not receiving in the hand. In 1970 I received my first Communion standing but ON THE TONGUE with the male altar servers using patents under our chins. I personally will not receive in the hand ever. I will bow and take on the tongue, because we are discouraged kneeling yet this is the NORM according to the Church. Otherwise it is a abuse and heretical at that. I learned this on Church Militant TV two years ago during World Youth Day in Madrid. We saw how it was handled in Rio back in July.

I think the problem started after Mother Angelica left EWTN and than the two lay men took it over. Pope Benedict called these kind of faithful in the book Light of the World. Pro-life Catholic blasts liberal bishops’ agenda

Yes indeed and it all started IMHO in September 1968 after Pope Venerable Paul VI published Human Life with the WINNEPEG STATEMENT. It all went down from there in the false idea of COLLEGIALITY or what is really a parallel Magisterium. Let's face it and say it these Bishops are MODERNISTS 😇

We now have it from the Pope Emeritus personality secretary that the story from Zenit was patently invented and was NOT true. He ought to know. So much for the Vatican officials who confirmed it. I will take his word over theirs any old day. Thank you for the update 😇
