Thank you dear Linda for your comment. The traditional Feast of Saint is renowned in Malta and has been passed on for some 500 years.

The Feast is widely celebrated in most towns and villages around the islands especially in Summer.

St George is the Patron Saint of Qormi Village's Parish and also the Patron Saint of St George's Basilica, Victoria, on Gozo Island, the sister island of Malta. It is celebrated in July.
